CBT can help you figure out what part of your fears and worries are coming from inside of you that are related to relational trauma. People have been traumatized in relationships, have a lot of trouble figuring that out. And it is not couples therapy to try to make your partner say or do all the things so that you don't feel anxious anymore. No one else can change the way you feel on the inside except for you.
