What Is a Basic Belief?
In epistemology, a basic belief is basically something that you believe not on the basis of some other belief. Not every basic belief can be properly basic. Properly basic belief is something that is rational, free to hold. And in the same way, god can have these sort of basic beliefs about counter factus of creaturey freedom that aren't base but are nevertheless rational and count as warranted.
