Just being aware of breathing, while we're breathing the mind goes somewhere else and just thinking about the breath of the body. What's important is just resting in the breath, resting in the body. I'll offer the image of if I take a pebble rock and I drop it into a body of water, what's actually happening, us being the rock is we're stopping. We're dropping and as we drop, we're calming. And then we are resting
