Taking Care of Pelvic Floor During Pregnancy

The biggest thing that women need to be aware of when they become pregnant is taking care of pelvic floor like work with a pelvic floor specialist early on. Your body is going to put on its own limits it's really really hard to hit high intensity when you're pregnant because your body's just like yeah not happening but don't be afraid to keep doing what you're doing. Each pregnancy is a little bit different in the postpartum period this is something that hasn't really been talked about a lot but one we have to make sure pelvic floor health is there.
