How Did You Start Your Company?

I don't think I was a micromanager. But one thing I have been good at is admitting what I don't know publicly to everyone else. And hopefully I was able to contribute in a way that made it better. The name of our company comes from the first real mean about Bernie Sanders that took off during the campaign. We've always wanted to be that kind of scrappy organization that is working for the common good.
