The G20 Summit - No Family Photo Coming Out of the G20
The G20 includes countries like China, India, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. They have all been reluctant to condemn Russia in any form over the war in Ukraine. So when you put them together and ask them to sign a document, it's really difficult. Many leaders refusing to have their photo taken with any representative from Russia. Just were not doing it. It's too awkward.
