Is the Affordable Care Act a Good Idea?

The share of people in the United States without health insurance has fallen in half. But there's still 30 million Americans without health insurance. And what about the cost of health care overall? I mean, for the past 10 or 15 years, I've been hearing that the whole industry is approaching 20% of GDP.
