The Islamic State's Failure to Form Attacks in India

The two biggest terror attacks attributed to the Islamic State, now whether they were directly involved in it or not, was Dhaka 2016 and Sri Lanka 2019. But even when it came to this sort of coming together to form attacks in India, you write about how they were attempts to do that as well. And groups that are working in other states, you know, unless there is a significant backing or financing or another state is backing, it doesn't work out.
