The Importance of Connection in Art
Most of the artwork that I own, looking around in my office because I've got quite a bit here, I know every one of them in some way or another. The people I bought from online mostly, I know something about them all and I love the work visually but I also love what I know went into it. There's something art is very personal and when we know where it came from, that gives it an extra value towards and an extra resonance with our heart,. so I buy artwork that's quite different from what I make but the motivation remains same.
