What's the Cost of Delivering Quality of Service?
I think sometimes there's a conflict between the desire to pay less and also the desire for the output. People are buying that gap in between what they're paying and what they're getting, right? And so if you can provide that as a service provider or as an econ brand, people will buy from you all day. I'm always more interested in trying to solve that problem than just giving them the lower price.
