What Is an Adjustable Rate Mortgage?
i had a 30 year mortgage, and why is that focking stupiddd? i have a thirdt o your mortgage as well, because i didn't do my full research. The length of term depends if you're doing a variable ther there's a 30, you're fixed. I'm actually really heavily living, leaning towards a five one arm. And om, all the the people who don't do the math work really hard to scare you about adjustible rate mortgages,. Cause like, oh, my god, your mortgage rates can go up to 20 %, and you're me paying eight times more.
