The Soreness That You're Getting From Strength Training

Runner wants to run, and they don't want their weakly cycle interrupted by doms. A lot of the time a little bit of soreness that you might get from resistance training is probably more mental than it is physical. The delayed onset of muscle soreness doesn't seem to happen after a couple of weeks yet we're still seeing improvements. But as i say, if the soreness is so bad that it is hampering the way that you're running aand you feel too fatigued to perform the session, then whichever coach or trainer that you're working with has probably given you too much exercise.
