Change Management - What Challenges Do They Present?
I encourage focus, thoughtfulness and that sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. I have dissuaded people from undertaking large, ambitious initiatives when the conditions aren't right. But iv i've also seen people focused on very small bore initiatives that don't actually move the needle on the real problem they're trying to solve. Even if the thing we did was in and of itself successful for what it was, we're still not anywhere closer to our our actual goal. And that's another part of focusis picking the right goals and picking the right path to move towards them.
