Some of the things he like pioneered are performed on a very limited basis or part of more humane treatments, but again, like 20 people a year received something vaguely similar. But again, you look at how many thousands of operations he performed and the actual needs seems to be somewhere like maybe a couple dozen people a year benefit. He just really wants a vane too of what he did. He liked it.
