Is Scalia Really Against the Death Penalty?
Alex Castellanos says the Supreme Court's position on the death penalty has always been strange to him. At times he seemed to be against it which makes sense based on his sort of political and philosophical beliefs But then other times he's been in favor of it. The things that he says would meet his high standard of proof which would justify the death penalty aren't concrete pieces of evidence I witness accounts are notoriously inaccurate, so basing an execution on that seems pretty unwise absurd.
