How Much Time Do You Have?
When i'm thinking about any given category, then i have an idea of how much time am i alocating in this category. Because once i have that specific number, allocated, then i can think really, really clearly about what i want to do and what i don't want to do. I find this enormously helpful to have these time allocations and then to apply them. It makes it so much clearer. One other little tip here is, its good to have buffer timeso it's goo to have rejuvenation time. And there's a parallel to life.
