The shrine tent is a place that we do prayers, that we meditate and a place that I sanctify in a particular way as a Sangwama. It's basically like going into the dojo or the Zen meditation hall, but it's in the bush felt in the middle of nowhere. The next day he comes in with I think over ten of his family and community members. We ended up sitting together for about three hours and I played my drum and I sang then we all prayed together on the ground in the traditional Sangamwe way.
