Be aware of what the body is doing as you're sitting. If you begin to slip into some old pattern of struggle or wanting or some kind of unease, simply go back to there is a body. See if you can become aware of thoughts or images just as they arise. There is nothing special you have to do, things are changing by themselves. The practice is relaxing into the flow of changes.
