The victims of communism memorial foundation was created by an act of congress in 93 to educate americans about the ideology, history and legacy of communism. Three people who started it are still around: zebin bezinski, leb dobransky and edwards. They were trying to make sure that capitalism was the only game in town after the fall of the soviet union.
