How to Write a John Cleaver's Story
One of the world building details that I completely made up late is how the monsters work in the John Cleaver's story. Like I personally didn't even know how it worked until book four. And so that is something that I had to make up throughout the series. You need to show that it's cold, not just tall, you need a character therefore who is doing this thing. It's like they all have wrist warmers.
