Food and acilation has outpaced general inflation this year. 36 % of respondents to a survey by asure said theyve declined a wedding party invitation, and just for moddy reasons alone. The federal and territorial governments have put money into food voucher programs and food hamper programms but it's one term investment in istructure to actually insure that food supply is always there.
