The Pabrai Sale and Seriatage

Seriatage is a retorell estate investment trust that was spun out of Sears pre-bankruptcy. They currently own about 170 properties, largely X Sears stores. The story at seriatage basically is they are redeveloping and even densifying a lot of these different sites.
