The Importance of a Structured Interview Process

Jill: Matt, you have a cliffhanger out there before and you said that over the past 12 months, you've done a whole bunch of things that you probably wouldn't have done if you overthought them. I think for me, Jill, the best example would be the documentary project we started in Mexico City and in Nashville. If people knew how little planning went into creating a documentary, I know my editors and my videographers were pulling their hair out on a pretty much a daily basis when I didn't have a script. We didn't really have a goal other than we wanted to get really, really good content and meet really awesome people.
