How Much Conditioning Do You Need to Treat Lymphoma?
Some of the patients had failed a median of seven therapies and one of them 15 different therapies. They withdraw all their prior therapy, particularly T-cell therapy, three weeks before they receive the CD19 CAR-T therapy. One patient is out to 22 months, disease free, drug free. The B cells came back and they came back as naive B cells without memory B cells.
