How to Make Mushroom Pups

Mushroom pups are made by cooking mushrooms to about 50% and then putting them in a bunch of muffin tins. Then you let them freeze and then you got the mushroom puck, put those in a vacuum sealer bag and then we'll seal up each one's about one portion per person. And it turned out, well, I mean, obviously not as good as fresh, but for things like a lasagna, if you're doing like wild mushroom or chantrell lasagna or even like a steak sauce... It definitely works.
