Economic Warfare

Economic warfare means sowing misery indiscriminately across an entire population. A blockade doesn't care whether or not you signed up to be a part of this war, or even if you agree with your government's policies. The British and the French were dabbling in a very dark art. It can be easy to forget that there is something barbaric about economic warfare.
