Jonathan Holland: Administration in many ways, it's a way of thinking. No pastor can do it all, right? If you think trellis and vine, they go together. And so the trellis work is the work of the administrator. It doesn't even have to be full time or it can be part time. He says that element needs to be there in some form - either paid full time or vibrational.
