I get asked a lot man how do you stay so motivated I'm like my secret is I don't worry about motivation motivation is feelings so I operate based on data. There are plenty of days where I go to the gym and it doesn't bother me that I don't feel like it today because all that matters is what is my goal and then I just execute on that. If I known then what I know now that journey wouldn't be 20 fucking three years it would be two yep but that's what that's why they call wisdom yeah right.
