When you're tossing to a senior stakeholder and you've got a more junior team who speaks, when they speak is not always clear. And we have found that it's really effective to work against that,. It doesn't mean that people will always take it right? Sometimes you don't have anything to say, but making sure that you are aware of this, especially if you're leading the meeting.
