Is That Where We've Got Government Bonds?

Herbert Foster left $350 in government bonds to his daughter Alma. They're the most conservative investment you can make, he says. The return isn't great, but they're very safe. Do you mind telling me where the securities listed here came from? Grandfather left them to me two years ago. I don't know anything about this business, and I guess I ought to have professional help.
