The Entry Ticket Isn't a Determining Factor

I don't think there's a lower limit to how you would call private equity because ultimately it's more about the exit than it is the entry point. It's what you do with that business. And if you have a company that's got less than 15 or 20 employees, it feels like it's, you're the entrepreneur,. But I think anything from 20 employees onwards, you can have a CEO and be involved in helping develop the business.
