Like with new hire document or CI it's like okay sure you can do that like it costs me nothing and then things like oh we should change our code reviews or we should changed our design reviews then it's really hard to say no but yeah for CI CD I can see that people say oh you know read I'll not do it focus on this are you then doing that outside in your own time or do you ask for permissions to do it on your you know work time?
