Is There a Risk to Checkbook Ira's?
There have been a lot of proposals to change the way alternative investments and ira's are handled. None of them have really gone after bitcoin what they're more interested in right now are checkbook ira structures. They feel that those have a potential for more tax abuse although i don't know how much they're actually being abused, he says.
