Solo 401ks - Are There Any Income Limitations?
Our next question in the mail back today comes to us from Sarah. She writes, Hi Jean I'm considering setting up a solo 401k for retirement. My husband's an attorney and his salary is above the Roth IRA income limits so we can't contribute to one. He says I have to set up a traditional solo 401k but I'm confused if no income limitations applies to married couples. Any advice and information on solo 401ks would be appreciated.
