The Hustle Culture
Hustle culture, i think, assumes at its core that achievement is what productivity is about. Achievement can bring us a lot of value but it should be balanced with other values such as relaxation and freedom. The quote from henry emons: "Self improvement is a never ending task that leads to a kind of inner imprisonment" This whole literature exists because this is something people care about and think rightfully.
