We spent a good amount of our campaign, you know, educating the workers. The beauty of it is that we were forming our own union. So forming an independent union that can create a the type of culture that we want to have. It it ust worked in our favor. There's been a huge variance where some people have come in trying to organize for years, and other people have much, much less of an experience with it. Although as a southerner, i would push back against the idea that any region would be less pro union.
