How to Set a Fixed Bonus for a Coach

Coaches get a fixed bonus if they hit their goal. If they go above that, there's an incentive to do even better. They also share in the same pool of whatever happens above that number. The coaches have been doing this for how many months? We started it kind of in the middle of the first quarter.
