Is This Really a Difficult Book?

I found the book to be very enlightening. It presents the material in a very comprehensible way. Even though the quite technical stuff is fairly easy to grasp here compared to in some texts. So yeah, it was just a really difficult read because it kind of brought me back to that place of just sort of deep depression"
