The New Media Are Clearly Very Important
Stagnant real incomes, in some countries higher living, higher inequality. The sense that the people they were supposed to trust, the experts, as it were, were not demonstrably not trustworthy. And when that happens, people look around and say, well, who can we trust? If we can't trust those people, maybe Donald Trump, maybe Boris Johnson, who knows? Right, and so that sort of leads to this post-truth world do you think? Or is that different development? Yes, I think it is related.
