Third component is the inability for many, many folks to actually truly nail best value in training sessions. Slogging through with poor, fulm ever increasing cost is just miserable, but it's also higher troume and therefore amplified injury risk. And this final component of single sport is a little less of a factor for the more fast runners, the more ale athletes. It's an old problem because they have a lot of gears to go through in speeds. But the majority, the large majority, the mortals work out that hang on, running's kind of hard. Its weight bearing. It comes at a cost.
