The Firmi Paradox - Is There Intelligent Life on Other Planets?

In your world view, there are similar lift offs happening on other planets out there. And it's your belief that the type of explanatory knowledge that we have can rap around d any imaginable explanation that could be out there. This is called the firmi paradox - although i would rather call it the firmi problem, because i don't see anything paradoxical about it. An suppose there are just two explanatory species in the galaxy, then having reached the explanatory take off like the scientific revolution,  we will have settled the whole galaxy.
