John Sutter: I've read you're writing on the three pillars of retirement satisfaction. Can you tell us what they are and spend a little time unpacking what can be done about the non-financial ones to help us prepare for the non- financial dimensions of retirement that I think are often overlooked?Sutter: When you run a regression, so let's take a step back and say, what is a regression? So we run what's known as a multivariate analysis. What it tries to pull out the unique contribution of each of these characteristics to retirement satisfaction. The underlying characteristic that ties them together is something that I talked about earlier on - an investment.
