The Pale End of Achilles Hector

Achilles grieves the death very viscerally, but then he does blame himself. There is a eternal responsibility there that is I think different than a fraternal responsibility. And it's interesting because we haven't seen this side of Achilles at all. The entirety of the Iliad is just raising Hector up so that Achilles can see his eternal glory when he kills him.
