China and Cobalt - What Are Your Options?

If certain countries have quasi-monopoly on some of these rare earth materials, minerals, everyone call it, they have a degree of bargain power to maybe at least slow down that de-globalization. That doesn't take away from their own countries. So for example, most of the world's cobalt comes from Congo. And without cobalt, there are no EVs. In fact, cell phones for the large part go away.
