The Different Theories of Representation

In 60, what is it? It's like 63, 68, 63, they've really laid out this big problem that we don't, it's not really obvious what representation means. The members of Congress seem to just too often be doing exactly what the voters want. I thought that was a fundamental insight. Yeah, Converse has an office down the hall and it's coming from a school of thought that looks dimly upon the capacity of individuals to reason and to meaningfully engage politics.
