The Longest Long Run

Longest long run I did was 64 Ks and I did it on the coverage route from the start to the top of field till. The pace is obviously a lot slower because it's more just time on your legs. It gave me five and a half hours memory service recreates as opposed to a 51415 kilometer for 65 Ks. So yeah, it's quite a balancing trying to figure out just how much you can do. And obviously don't like, I don't like big mileage. My body doesn't respond to it. Whereas some people can go and run 250 Ks a week. But they must be needed or like it - everyone's different.
