I think a less than ideal transition would have resulted in people people rage quitting and walking out the door. Luckily for us I sort of knew going in was able to witness it first hand. Like there were several employees who were who were really upset week one just super emotional, especially the ones who had been with us for say 10 plus years. Because this was right truly the end of his family running this company. We pay pretty well not top of market but pretty well. And you know we're generally it's a good place to be our customers like us. It's not a super stressful environment.
