How to Play Tibbled Cosmic Imposter

Tibbled cosmic imposter is so much fun in commander. It exiles the top card at each player's library, it exiles target artifact or creature and then it exiles all cards from all graveyards. Dream Devourer also allows you to foretell cards, and that is also casting from exile. Murderous writer, one of your favorites? I love it.
