The Positive Environment for Football Players
Martin says the community is serious about football but flexible enough to understand that within a talent pathway or developmental pathway that there are going to be individual differences. The likelihood of ending up as a professional player is really small, he adds. "Regardless we may not develop professional players but this should just be a really positive environments for our local boys"
