We answer a question from our listener, sam. She's struggling to talk to some of her family and friends about death. Sam: We should almost be teaching people at a younger age to talk about these things. Accepting death as part of life can also improve our own well being. If you can't face talking about death at the moment, give yourself a break. How ready we are is partly out of our control. And hopefully you can find some comfort in knowing that death anxiety tends to get easier with age.
